All the rates are per person and day, minimum 7 days and include bedrooms with bathroom TV sat. Breakfast with milk, coffe, tea,marmelade/nutcream/honey, salami and cold pork meat, cheese, jogurt, corn flakes and muesli, orange-juice, white//crisp bread.
Price do not include the "tourist tax" introduced by municipal administration. This fee is mandatory and must be paid in cash on arrival. The "tourist tax" is € 1,50 per person/day.

Please note that out for respect to the non-smokers, as well as for the hygiene of the rooms themselves, smoking in the room and in all the common areas is strictly forbidden.
GENERAL BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These General Booking Terms and Conditions apply to bookings made directly with Albergo Ristoro Lezuo via the website, e-mail, telephone or other booking channels directly managed by the property.
1. Booking Confirmation and Deposit
The booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay, excluding any additional services and tourist tax.
The deposit must be paid within the deadline indicated in the booking proposal or confirmation. Failure to make the payment within the specified deadline may result in the booking not being confirmed.
2. Payment Methods
The deposit may be paid by bank transfer, according to the payment instructions provided by the property.
The remaining balance for the stay must be paid upon arrival/departure. Any additional services must be settled before dinner on the evening of the last night of the stay.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, CartaSi and bank transfer.
3. Cancellation of the Booking
In the event of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
- Up to 90 days before the arrival date: free cancellation and full refund of the deposit paid;
- From 89 to 22 days before arrival: cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay;
- From 21 to 5 days before arrival: cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the stay;
- From 4 days before arrival, in the event of no-show or failure to arrive: cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total cost of the stay.
Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail. For the purposes of applying the cancellation conditions, the date and time on which the cancellation notice is received by the property shall apply.
4. Late Arrival and Shortened Stay
In the event of a late arrival or early departure compared with the originally booked dates, the full amount for the entire booked period remains payable, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the property.
5. Check-in
Check-in is available from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Arrivals outside these hours must be agreed with the property in advance and are subject to availability.
Upon check-in, every guest, including minors, is required to present a valid identity document for the purposes of fulfilling the legal identification requirements.
6. Check-out
Check-out must be completed by 9:30 a.m.
Late check-out requests must be agreed in advance and are subject to availability. An additional charge of €50 per room may apply.
7. Travel Insurance
Guests are advised to consider taking out travel insurance which, depending on the terms and conditions of the policy, may cover cancellation costs.
Any insurance policy constitutes a direct contractual relationship between the guest and the insurance company. Albergo Ristoro Lezuo is not a party to the insurance contract and does not guarantee reimbursement of cancellation costs.
8. Additional Services and Tourist Tax
Any additional services requested during the stay and the tourist tax, where applicable, are not included in the booking price unless otherwise stated and must be paid according to the payment arrangements indicated by the property.
9. Changes to the Booking
Any changes to the dates of stay, number of guests, room type or booked services must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and any applicable price changes.
10. Bookings through Portals or Intermediaries
For bookings made through external booking portals or intermediaries, the booking and cancellation conditions indicated by the relevant booking channel shall apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the property.
11. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
By making a booking, the guest declares that they have read and accepted these General Booking Terms and Conditions.
