This deposit is a guarantee of the contract and will not
be refunded in case of cancellation by the client.
In cases of early departures or late arrivals if different
to that of the prior booking, payment will be required for
the full term of the contract (meals excluded).
Telephone bookings without deposit will only be guaranteed,
if arrival is prior to 16:00. After this time the Hotel
reserves the right to rent the room to other clients.

As always when making a booking a confirmation in writing
is required either via post, fax or email indicating client
details.
Please
note that out for respect to the non-smokers, as well as
for the hygiene of the rooms themselves, smoking in the
room and in all the common areas is strictly forbidden.
Children:
Children who are in the room with their parents, have particular
discounts which depends from the age:
Children up to 4 years have lodging from € 11,00 per
day
Children from 4 till 9 years reduction of -30 %;
Children from 10 till 12 years reduction of -10 %;
All the rates are per person and day , minimum 3 days and
include bedrooms with bathroom TV sat
Breakfast
with milk, coffe, tea,marmelade/nutcream/honey, salami
and cold pork meat, cheese, jogurt, corn flakes and muesli,
orange-juice, white//crisp bread
Surcharges:
Dopbleroom for single using, in the low season - 50 %
on the roomcost.

Free skiing holiday in spring for kids under 8
Take advantage of the promotion "SkiSpecial for Kids" from 19/03 to the end of the season 2011*. Kids don't pay! For children under the age of 8 years (born after 27/11/2002) skipass and accommodation are free – on purchase of a skipass by the relative adult for the same time. Youngsters under 12 (born after 27/11/1998) pay half of the price for their holiday. All kids have discounts for the ski course and for the rental of the ski equipment.
The offer applies to all participating establishments as well as open ski resorts for a maximum of 2 children at a minimum stay of 7 days with children sleeping in their parents' room. To obtain the free offers and the discounts please ask for the voucher directly at the hotel. The offer is not valid in addition to the promotion DolomitiSuperSun.
